Sync Your Webmail with Android Email App

Accessing your cPanel webmail from your Android device is easy when you sync it with popular email apps such as Gmail or the default Email app. This guide walks you through setting up your email account step-by-step.

Before You Begin

• Ensure your cPanel email account is active and credentials are ready.
• Know your incoming and outgoing mail server details (usually mail.yourdomain.com).
• Have your email password handy.
• Your Android device connected to the internet.

Step-by-Step Setup on Gmail App

1. Open the Gmail app on your Android device.
2. Tap the Menu (three horizontal lines) at the top-left corner.
3. Scroll down and tap Settings.
4. Tap Add account.
5. Select Other as the email provider.
6. Enter your full email address (e.g., you@yourdomain.com) and tap Next.
7. Select the account type: IMAP (recommended) or POP3.
8. Enter your password and tap Next.
9. Fill in the Incoming server settings:
   

   Field	Value
   Username	Your full email address
   Password	Your email password
   Server	mail.yourdomain.com
   Port	993 (IMAP) or 995 (POP3)
   Security type	SSL/TLS

10. Tap Next and then enter Outgoing server (SMTP) settings:

    Port	465 or 587
    Security type	SSL/TLS
    Username	Your full email address
    Password	Your email password

11. Tap Next and configure your sync preferences.
12. Tap Next to complete the setup.

2. Tap Add Account or go to Settings > Accounts > Add Account.
3. Enter your full email address and password.
